National Assemblies’ 2010 seminar took place on 22 and 23 April in Ankara Etap Mola Hotel.
People from 27 cities where regular meetings take place, two cities where the work is under revision, and five in preparation, 34 cities in total and 39 participants from kitchen staffs of Ankara and Istanbul, two guest speakers and two observers attended 16 hours long intense seminar. Meltem Ağduk of United Nations Population Fund introduced the session on “Official circles and Media relations”, and the chair person of PDD (Parliamentarian Advisors’ Association) Necip Yüce introduced “24 hours of an MP.” Discussion followed on general situation in the cities, problems and alternatives. Principles were revised and finalised. 90 x 70 cm boards exhibiting the principles will be in the halls in all meetings. Constitutional Amendment will be discussed at all meetings. Elector will be informed about the contents of the vote before saying yes or no at the referendum through participating NGOs.
