Visit to youth organizations

Small Provincial Assembly of Ankara is meeting with youth organizations…

sPAT Coordinator Oya Özden and Ankara sPA Initiator Nagihan Konukçu have come together with Wildlife Association (Doğal Yaşam Derneği) Chairman Yıldırım Kaya, Turkish Youth Union Association Board Member Elif Serbest, Turkish Youth Confederation Board Member Hilal Çelik and Turgut Tosun from the Center of Youth Services (Gençlik Servisleri Merkezi). 

The visits have aimed to provide the participation of youth organization representatives to sPAT meetings in the second year of the 26th Legislative Session. During the visits, Özden and Konukçu have explained the purpose and principles of the project as well as the meeting format. Underlining the importance of the voices of young people as well as the reflection of different opinions on the small Provincial Assemblies in Ankara and other provinces; Özden has expressed the necessity of taking steps together for the upcoming meetings, which will start in October.
